We believe a true portrait is much more than a physical replication of the subject and the creation of an Artu sculpture is therefore in collaboration with the client.

We begin with a consultation in order to create a portrait that best reflects the
 personality of the subject, and we will also share and discuss ideas for artistic composition in order to create a sculpture in the client’s style of choice, whether that be classical, contemporary, avant-garde or humorous.

By combining digital and traditional sculpting techniques subtle fleeting expressions and dynamic postures may captured with exceptional accuracy. The result is these bespoke sculptures are true to form, artistically detailed and hand finished, and full of character.
